In food, special gas, and pharmaceutical factories, it’s particularly crucial to prevent foreign matter contamination and bacterial growth. Therefore, we constantly improve our quality and finishing to create structures that minimize liquid retention, are easy to disassemble for cleaning, and are lightweight. We also apply surface and internal polishing treatments as necessary. Within limited space and time constraints, we strive to understand design intentions and work collaboratively with customers through repeated consultations and proposals to ensure smooth construction.

Prefab
Especially in sites with limited space, interference with various parts and equipment is inevitable. When off-the-shelf products are difficult to use, we can handle everything from drafting to processing. We can also provide consistent support from drafting to processing and welding, even for single items.
Pharmaceutical Purified Water Supply System
Pharmaceutical water is used for cleaning containers and equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, and is also used as a raw material for infusion and injection preparations directly administered into the body. Therefore, it requires high-level quality control in various countries. The water quality level at each process must be considered to maintain appropriate standards in the final pharmaceutical preparation. Proper microbial control is particularly important in the production of purified water. Appropriate management is necessary to maintain water quality that meets the standards according to its use and purpose.
Tank Manufacturing
Based on standards appropriate for the intended use, we handle the manufacturing and installation of various tanks such as filling tanks, general-purpose storage tanks, stirring tanks, filtration tanks, and drying tanks. We can manufacture tanks with capacities from a few liters to 1 ton at Tukasa Industry. For larger capacities, we request assistance from our partner companies. For pharmaceutical use in particular, where residual liquid on the inner walls is often a concern, we apply polishing finishes to enable smoother discharge and minimize residual liquid treatment.

- Compliance with ASME Standards
- ASME stands for The American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Like Japan’s JIS standards, it’s a standard established overseas, and it has characteristics that make it difficult to connect with domestic products due to different specifications. Generally, in such cases, purchases must be made from overseas. At Tukasa Industry, we have experience in processing by machining or purchasing from overseas.
- Finishing and Inspection
- We handle mirror finishing, electrolytic processing, and complete inspection. We also have experience in manufacturing double-walled tanks in addition to single-walled tanks, so please feel free to consult with us. Assembly, welding, and inspection are handled by Tukasa Industry. We outsource buffing and electrolytic polishing to our partner companies.
Passivation Treatment
We handle passivation treatment necessary for improving corrosion resistance. This process creates a film by directly passing a liquid agent through the inner surface of stainless steel to prevent rusting caused by the small amount of iron contained in stainless steel.
- Scope of Passivation Treatment
- We perform passivation treatment from on-site piping to prefabs. For prefabs and tanks, electrolytic treatment is also possible. We proceed steadily with the work after creating construction procedures and plans.
- Ferro Check
- It helps improve the lifespan of stainless steel and doesn’t take up much of the customer’s time as results can be determined in a short time. We submit a report.
FORWARDING
/ Shipping Support
From Shipping to Installation
After thorough quality checks, we provide consistent support from packaging and shipping to installation at the designated location. We also handle transportation into clean rooms and relocation work. In such cases, we also prepare transportation plans.
