01. Inquiries and Consultations
Consultations often begin about six months in advance. By discussing rough designs and drawings early, we can propose adjustments to meet deadlines. Our experienced staff will thoroughly address your needs from manufacturing to on-site construction.

02. Quotation
Based on your consultation, we will create various documents and schedules. Quotations are typically submitted within three days, depending on the scale of the work.

03. On-Site Survey and Drawing Creation
Upon approval of the quotation, we will measure the site and create piping and support drawings.

04. In-Factory Manufacturing
We manufacture necessary units and prefab items in our factory, considering factors such as automatic/manual welding, distortion, strength, and appearance. We also handle only the manufacturing of piping prefabs, equipment, and units.

05. Quality Check, Packaging, and Transport
After internal inspection, customers will also verify the products. We prepare all necessary documents and ensure proper packaging and transport, adjusting to the customer’s schedule.

06. On-Site Manufacturing
We offer on-site manufacturing as needed. Our automatic welding machines come with extension cables for efficient on-site welding.

07. On-Site Installation Work
In collaboration with trusted partners, we provide comprehensive installation services, including equipment installation, insulation, and passivation treatment.

08. Installation Qualification (IQ)
We verify and document that the installed equipment meets the customer’s specifications, checking for damage, cleanliness, dimensions, quantity, installation location, and environment.

09. Customer Verification and Inspection
Finally, the customer will verify and inspect the installation.
